Hong Kong career development practitioners
deserve their own community.
Working in isolation
Career advisers in separate offices, secondary school career teachers alone in their schools, independent coaches finding their own way. We help others navigate their careers — yet have no professional home of our own.
Resources that don't connect
International certifications exist, but there is no focused platform for Hong Kong-specific CPD opportunities, local policy discussions, or cross-sector exchange between practitioners.
HKCDA fills that gap
Not a government body. Not a university unit. A practitioner-built, practitioner-focused professional community — grounded, purposeful, and distinctly Hong Kong.
Meet fellow practitioners
